At K&T Builders we understand that whilst it is a very exciting adventure to build from scratch, there is also a lot of pressure to ‘get it right’. This can be quite a stressful journey (especially if you’re a first timer).

That’s why we do all the heavy lifting for you (figuratively and literally), after all your dream homes, is the biggest financial investment you are likely to make in your lifetime and we want you to enjoy living in your home as much as how great it looks.

This makes it crucial to select the right architect that totally understands your vision when putting your dreams onto paper. We have some fantastic award winning architects that we work with to ensure that when it comes time to go from plans to power tools that all of your ideas and unique design features are included and that they not only look incredible but will function perfectly when your dream home comes to life.

We are also very experienced in building from existing plans should you be ready to go and already have your dream plans all mapped out with a fantastic architect. It will be our top priority to contact your architect and discuss your project and to cement a great working relationship with the open communication that is so vital when building.

. We also believe that communication is key, hence why we also call weekly progress meetings onsite with you to discuss the build, go over the budget and discuss the upcoming week.
